Advertising Terms and Conditions for Digital Signage at the Baltimore Convention Center
1. Display and Technical Specifications
All advertisements will be displayed across a network of ten (10) vertically-oriented, 43-inch digital screens located within the Baltimore Convention Center. Advertisements must be provided in either MP4 video or JPG image format, with dimensions of 1080x1920 pixels in RGB color space. Each advertisement will have a duration of ten (10) seconds.
2. Advertising Slots and Availability
A total of forty-five (45) advertising slots are available for sale:
Thirty-five (35) slots designated for monthly advertising campaigns.
Ten (10) slots reserved for event-specific advertisements.
3. Advertisement Approval
All advertisements submitted for display are subject to approval by Tecastic, Inc., the Baltimore Convention Center, and its partners. Tecastic, Inc. reserves the right, in coordination with the Baltimore Convention Center and its partners, to decline any advertisement for any reason at their sole discretion. Advertisers will be notified promptly if their advertisement is not approved, and any prepaid amounts for declined ads will be credited for future advertising placements.
4. Purchase and Payment
Advertisements must be purchased online through our platform at advertising.tecastic.com. Payment for advertising services is required in advance and must be completed via a valid credit card. All sales transactions will be securely processed through our website.
5. Proof of Play Reporting
Tecastic, Inc. will provide Advertisers with proof-of-play reports detailing the timing and frequency of their advertisements. Such reports will be made available electronically following each campaign or event period.
6. Design Services
Tecastic, Inc. offers additional design services, which can also be purchased directly via our online platform. All design services provided will adhere to specifications required for display compatibility.
7. Event Buyout and Advertiser Credits
In the event of a complete buyout of the digital signage network by a third party for exclusive use during a specified period, existing advertisements will be paused. Advertisers impacted by an event buyout will receive a credit proportional to the period their advertisements are paused, calculated based on the contracted rate.
Event buyouts require a minimum financial commitment of $11,250 per week. Tecastic, Inc. reserves the right to manage scheduling and credits associated with such buyouts.
8. Limitations of Liability
Tecastic, Inc. shall not be liable for temporary disruptions or failures of the digital signage network due to technical malfunctions, maintenance, or events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, or force majeure events. Advertiser remedies are limited solely to proportionate credits for downtime exceeding 24 hours during paid advertising periods.
9. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All sales are final upon payment. Refunds will not be provided; however, credits may be issued under specific circumstances as detailed herein. Cancellations or requests for adjustments must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to scheduled advertising start dates.
